As the founder and owner of Wellmindzpsychotherapy, I take great pride in using a warm, humanistic approach to help individuals gain the self-understanding and insight needed to navigate life's ups and downs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, and I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor who understands the complex interplay between substance use and underlying emotional pain. After earning my Master of Social Work degree from New York University, I completed a post-graduate certificate in Clinical Supervision, as well as a 2-year certificate in Psychotherapy from the Westchester Institute for Psychoanalysis, where I am a current candidate in Advanced Psychoanalytic Studies.

Whether you're struggling with overwhelming anxiety, persistent feelings of depression, or the lingering impacts of past traumatic experiences, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey towards greater emotional wellness and resilience. Christina Daisey, LMSW

As a Licensed Master of Social Worker, my purpose is to walk alongside individuals like yourself as you navigate the complexities of life. With a diverse background spanning trauma-focused survivor care, mental health counseling, and community-based social services, I bring a wealth of expertise and life experience to my clinical practice. 

Some of the evidence-based modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based, and mindfulness practices. I'll collaboratively work with you to process trauma, build healthy coping mechanisms, and make sustainable changes that allow you to reclaim your inherent power.

Receiving my Masters of Social Work from Sacred Heart University and continued education on harm reduction, crisis intervention, and cultural competency, I can help clients create individualized treatment plans to assist with personal goals, strengths, and needs.

I have experience working with young children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, individuals, and families, that are diagnosed with a myriad of disorders.

Shannone Pettie, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of serving diverse populations - from the Department of Children and Families to end-of-life Hospice and Palliative Care. Originally from New Haven, CT, I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.

My approach to therapy is open-minded, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I tailor my techniques to meet your unique needs, providing psychoeducation to help you better understand the roots of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, supportive environment.

Some of the evidence-based modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT) and mindfulness practices to assist you in building resilience, restoring strength, and achieving balance.

My areas of expertise include counseling for healthcare providers, PTSD, anxiety, stress management, wellness, grief, relationships, communication, adult attachment issues, parenting, intimacy, life transitions, and school/work-related stressors. I also offer premarital counseling for single individuals and couples.
